Getting Paid at Campsites
BISP is paying this first time from campsites. Installments used to be paid at Tehsil Centres or retail stores. Those getting texts from 8171 qualify for the April through June payments. They had to go to the campsites to get their money. But since the contract calls for one bank, BISP is not now distributing past-due payments. The account payments just cover the current month.
Method of Verification at Campgrounds
Beneficiaries of an 8171 confirmation message must visit their local campsite to pick their Kafaalat payout. They have to be notified from 8171 to be qualified for payment. Beneficiaries will not be let into the campsite should they not get a communication. They will get a token to wait for their turn once confirmed by the screening procedure. Called upon, they show their CNIC to the POS agent and get paid in whole.

Candidates must fit particular requirements to be eligible for the BISP Kafalat payments. The applicant has to be a Pakistan resident and not get any extra money from other initiatives. They have to be impoverished. They are not qualified for the program should they fail these criteria.
